Etchd.ai is available exclusively through mobile application stores.

3. Subscription Terms
Etchd.ai offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription. All subscriptions are purchased exclusively through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Billing & Renewal
- Subscription is billed monthly via your app store account
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date
- Billing and renewal terms are governed by Apple or Google policies
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds
Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. We do not issue direct refunds.
4. AI Disclaimer
Etchd.ai generates content using AI technology provided by Anthropic. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Academic performance outcomes
- Error-free content
Users are responsible for reviewing generated materials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful content
- Abuse the AI system
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app
- Interfere with service operations
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, and design elements are owned by Hüseyin Alper Teoman.
Users retain ownership of submitted content.
AI-generated outputs are provided for personal use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Academic outcomes
- Indirect damages
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
